Hill Farm's award winning apple juice is lovingly made from hand picked fruit to produce high quality, traditional apple juices with a variety of different flavours and characteristics. All made on the farm in Hampshire's beautiful Meon Valley.
Hill Farm Products have been making apple juice for many years for several well known estates in the South including Beaulieu Estate, Leckford (John Lewis) and Blackmoor. The fruit is delivered to our pressing facilities in Swanmore where we produce and bottle juices to the customers’ specific requirements.
Our modern production facilities can produce a first class product from your fruit and we have full accreditation for production to nationally approved standards (SALSA) . The minimum viable quantity of fruit for a pressing is approximately 1.0 tonne of good quality fruit (not windfalls) .
We can also produce for you a juice with your label using our own fruit, blended to your individual recipes and taste.
Out of season (April to September) our pressing and bottling facilities are available for other products. Please enquire for further details
